Olà! My name is Diego Gonzalez and I am a rising junior from Sid Richardson college. I am pursuing a major in Bioengineering and a minor in Global Health Technologies. I am passionate about community outreach and medical device development for low resource settings. I enjoy running, reading and cooking in my free time. I am super excited to participate as an intern with Rice 360˚ at the Hospital de Câncer de Barretos in Brazil this summer. I hope to share some of my experiences through this blog.
