I am a rising junior from Baker College studying Bioengineering with an interest in medical devices and the intersections of technology, healthcare and culture. This summer I will be interning with Rice360 at Hospital de Câncer de Barretos in São Paulo, Brazil. With a Brazilian family, the country and language is not foreign to me; however, I am excited to experience the people and the culture in the context of health, technology and collaboration and to share these experiences with you!
